Around 60 worldwide experienced distributors gather in Taichung, Taiwan, to attend YOKE Worldwide Partner Summit 2017, which is hosted by YOKE Industrial Corp., the professional manufacturer of industrial safe lifting components. The experienced distributors are from Europe, the United States, South East Asia and so on. The attendees have time to share their ideas on the development and the current trend of lifting and rigging industry. Meanwhile, they find out how “YOKE 4.0” works in some key speeches.
The main speaker is Mr. Steven Hong, Chairman of YOKE Industrial. Mr. Hong gives a warm welcome to the attendees at the opening ceremony. He states what strategies the company is going to conduct in the near future, including applying “industrial 4.0”concepts to enhance the production workflow of manufacturing industrial safe lifting components, meanwhile, to establish a more efficient worldwide distribution.
Mr. Richard Oldknow, YOKE’s Vice President – Sales, EMEA Region, talks about the YOKE brand promotion around the world, new product development, and highlights the DA Offshore Container Lifting Shackles.
Mr. Ken Lee, YOKE’s Sales & Products Vice President, explains how the Yellow Points work efficiently in several sling applications. Mr. Lee also introduces some new Yellow Points at the speech. Then he talks about the company’s quality control and certifications obtained from domestic & international organizations.
Professor Hsin-Chih Lin, from the Department of Material Science and Engineering of National Taiwan University is invited to deliver a speech at the summit. Professor Lin talks about the materials of YOKE’s high performance lifting components. With great use of carbon steel, YOKE’s products are capable of working in low temperature environment with high strength and tenacity. That’s the reason why YOKE products have good reputations in the industry.
Mr. Tom Lin, the CEO of YOKE Industrial, gives a conclusion to the summit. He talks about several topics to share the company’s pursuit for high quality products and a safe industrial environment. He outlines the company’s vision for “YOKE 4.0”, smart equipment for automatic production, applying SAP system for the company’s IT programs, improved RFID system to enhance product traceability and smart supply chain integrity.
After the summit, the attendees visit YOKE’s advanced smart production facilities. The distributors have a chance look at YOKE’s advanced manufacturing operations for industrial safety lifting components.
