Recently, Redaelli Tecna Ropes & Lifting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (Redaelli Shanghai) receivesd a purchase order of anchor wire ropes for a 5000T Salvage Crane Vessel. The vessel belongs to Yantai Salvage Bureau and the builder is Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The order includes 10 RED 1 series wire ropes, each one reaches 2,400m in length, and the diameter is 76mm.

ZPMC1052 salvage vessel is 199m long, 47.6m wide and moulded depth is 15m. The ship’s maximum speed reaches 13.5kont, designed draft is 7.5m, and navigable height is 56m. The expected delivery time of the vessel is late 2015. It’s responsible for emergency salvage missions in China. Meanwhile, the ship will serves the offshore industries. It will be the most technically advanced salvage crane vessel in China, compared favorably with similar salvage crane vessels in the world.
