The company purchased 10 container gantry cranes from China in 2016 to cope with the increasing containers. The 10 cranes utilize safety harnesses for fall protection, which are equipped with YOKE weldable Yellow Points, 8-057 Weld-on Points and 8-0573 Economic Points for example.
8-057 Weld-on Yellow Points are designed with spring, stop at any angle, while 8-0573 Economic type come without spring inside. Both of the two type points have the following characteristics:
- Force duration in 180°
- Forged alloy steel – quenched and tempered
- 100% magnaflux crack detection during manufacturing
- All points meet the performance requirements of ASME B30.26
- Batch codes are marked on each product enables to link to test certificate and quality traceability
- 20,000 cycle fatigue rated to 1.5 times Working Load Limit
