Early of this March, Shandong Shenli Rigging Co., Ltd. had a grand ceremony to announce that the NEW Chain Bending and Chain Welding Machines for Grade 100 Chain Production have been commissioned. The NEW Chain Production Machines are purchased from WAFIOS, which is headquartered in Germany and being one of the globally leading manufacturers of wire and tube working machines with many activities in the cold forming industry.
Working with the NEW Chain Bending Machines, per chain is evenly bent and in continuous operation and meets tightest bending tolerances. What’s more, wire surface is not damaged, which means high surface quality of per chain.

When it comes to the NEW Chain Welding Machines, they are equipped with an upsetting system decoupled from the control shaft. The upsetting course can be freely programmed on the monitor. The continuous welding of all chain links in one cycle (link by link), which benefits to high efficient chain production. Moreover, the machines complete deburring of welding bead.
